- Problem-Solving: Equipping children with strategies to collaboratively solve conflicts by brainstorming solutions, evaluating options, and reaching compromises.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts through negotiation, compromise, and diplomacy hones skills in conflict resolution and interpersonal communication.
